Ryou Naitou (内藤 玲, Naitō Ryō, June 22, 1974) is a Japanese voice actor and stage actor from Osaka Prefecture. He is affiliated with OgiPro The Next (formerly known as YMO). His given name Ryō is sometimes mistranslated as Rei.

The next arc, which starts four years later, deals with Capeta trying to handle his growing financial issues due to the high cost involved in kart racing.
