Working with their Hawaiian operatives, Randy Spears and Jade East, they carefully cast their net over Samantha's curvacious con game and score another grand triumph for Hawaii Vice!

Kascha's two girls friends, Samantha Strong and Charlie Waters are old high school rivals. When Charlie invites Samantha to her birthday party the rivalry starts again. To out flank Charlie, Samantha and her boyfriend Peter North call calls all their joint friends to promise and deliver delicious erotic favors if they come to Sam's party! Finally, they catch pawn Jade East with a quantity of cocaine. Chief Dickens listens to their report that Mr. Big always seemed one step ahead of them; as if he had been tipped off! Why does the chief seem half amused at this? What does he know that he's not sharing? The answers lie within this episode of HAWAII VICE!!!

The Story: The movie begins with a narrator telling us about this guy Peter. This movie is about a problem he had and a girl named Lonni who helped him solve it. The narration fades and we see Lonni (Kascha), reading a magazine when Peter (Peter North) shows up. Peter tells Lonni about a party he wants to organize for his girlfriend, but unfortunately he has no money. Lonni doesn’t have any money either. Bummer.

Wanda and Manny are married but something is wrong. It's a common problem, Manny has withdrawn from his work and is sexually avoiding Wanda. However, with an appetite for sexual openness, Wanda contrives an erotic weekend in the mountains to dynamite Manny out of his cave. With the help of Wanda's interracial neighbors, their niece, and some incredibly steamy letters that Manny's sister Dana left at the cabin, the weekend becomes an orgy of released desires!
