Ek Joke Net’s pranksters are back, together with the Comical Actor’s Commission, aka, K.@.K, everyone is a target. From students who find themselves in the middle of a raid, a blind man who asks for advice when buying condoms, video shop assistants who find pornographic movies in their clients’ DVD cases and a famous South African rock band who gets threatened by the police. Nobody is safe when the ‘Candid Kings’ are nearby.

Basson has five days to make it to his father's funeral in Cape Town, but needs to complete certain tasks on this trip before he can call the family company his own. On the road he meets free-spirited bohemian girl, Amory. As they journey across the breathtaking landscape of South Africa, they meet wonderful characters that allow for hilarious moments and life-changing experiences. Their trip takes a sudden turn for the worst when a villainous figure makes an appearance. Basson and Amory are faced with disappointment and heartache. On the road called life, it is inevitable that you will take some wrong turns. But no matter how hard the road might be, on route to true love is where you will find your true north.

Based on the Afrikaans TV series by the same name, this comedy comes to the big screen. The plot-line is rather convoluted as befits a farce, and sees the main characters get themselves into serious troubles before everything works out like it is supposed to.

Rugby hero, Wimpie Koekemoer, and his wild friends return to our screens in the third instalment of the successful Bakgat! movies. Newly engaged couple, Wimpie and Katrien, move to London where Wimpie has received a contract to play rugby. Things change when an eccentric investigator, Lieutenant Conrad Nolte and his assistant, Sergeant Berta van Schalkwyk, start investigating the murders at Hotel Njala and make some startling discoveries that even shock these two hardened investigators.

Set in the magical Karoo town of Prince Albert the story revolves around forgiveness, acceptance and the meaning of miracles. When Maritjie Naude, an 18 year old farmgirl and the only child of Ella and Kallie the owners of Hoopfontein, comes home on Christmas Eve and tells them that she’s pregnant, it’s enough to shock any parents of a young daughter, but then she drops a real bombshell that will flabbergast not only her mum and dad, but the entire town. Maritjie assures them that she’s still a virgin. The only explanation to her pregnancy – it must be the work of the Holy Spirit!

You probably think that you are an ordinary South African citizen who doesn’t snoop around in other people’s business, but when the ‘Candid Kings’ are close by, nobody is safe. Ek Joke Net is a prank-film of epic proportions, where everybody is a target.

In a country where police sirens are an everyday melody and survival is an ongoing struggle, we see superhero "wannabe" Albert and Peet step in and give us hope that there is people among us who will stand up and fight for the man on the street.

The Unitas u/21 rugby team hero, Wimpie Koekemoer, is offered a contract to play rugby in England. Katrien rehearses a play with autistic children, while doing everything in her power to keep Wimpie in the country. Fanie is struggling to get used to Christie's post-high school chubby body and Japie is experiencing a very embarrassing problem in his sexual pursuit of Liezl... Getroud met Rugby is a drama revolving around four stars of a Johannesburg rugby team and their wives as they become involved in various interconnected scandals.

Katrien (Cherié van der Merwe) is dumped by her boyfriend, high school rugby star Werner (Altus Theart), so he can focus his energy on the sport. To get even, she makes a bet with her friends that she can make a star out of the school's dorkiest boy, 'Wimpie' Koekemoer (Ivan Botha), by pretending to be his girlfriend. The awkward Koekemoer rises to the challenge but Katrien finds herself falling unexpectedly in love with him, until he realizes she is merely using him.
