Hiroshi Namie, one of the co-adapters of "Danmari Matahei Hiryu Musou," adapted the novel by Tatsuro Jinde, which was serialized in the Masterpiece Club. Yasushi Sasaki also directed the film, and Ko Matsui, who worked on "Prison Bride," was in charge of cinematography.
